胡锦涛同志在省级干部社会领导与社会管理专题研讨班上发言指出,必须加强社会创新管理,提高社会化水平,建设具有中国特色的社会主义管理体系人民调解制度植根于“以和为贵”、“息诉止讼”的中国传统文化,对于创新社会管理有着不可替代的作用。本文以小河区的小孟工业园区的人民调解工作为例,从社会管理创新的视角出发,就如何进一步创新与发展人民调解制度,维护社会稳定,助推项目建设提出了具体的完善措施。
Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out at the seminar on social leadership and social management of provincial-level cadres that it is necessary to strengthen social innovation management, raise the level of socialization and establish a socialist management system with Chinese characteristics. The people’s mediation system is rooted in “ ”, “ Interest litigation ”traditional Chinese culture, for the innovation and social management has an irreplaceable role. Taking the people mediation work in Xiaomeng Industrial Park in Xiahe District as an example, from the perspective of social management innovation, this paper puts forward concrete measures for further innovation and development of people mediation system, maintaining social stability and boosting project construction.
