先进典型是实践社会主义核心价值体系的模范,是企业的无形资产和精神财富,是推动企业健康发展的强大动力。近年来,中原油田先后选树了王中华、邵均克、田纪民等一大批叫得响、推得开、影响广的先进典型,弘扬了社会正气,鼓舞了职工士气,凝聚了企业人气,为油田的改革发展发挥了积极的促进作用。结合油田近年来选树典型的工作实践,我们对如何选树典型有以下体会和认识。

Reform and development have played a positive role in promoting. Combining with the typical working practices of selecting trees in recent years in oilfields, we have the following experience and understanding on how to choose a typical tree.
