为了做大、做强企业,增强企业的竞争力,实现企业的可持续发展,我国许多大型煤炭企业都在进行煤炭主业的跨区域发展工作,跨区域发展的主要模式有新建企业模式、并购重组模式、劳务输出模式、承包经营模式四种。实践表明,劳务输出模式、承包经营模式在具体应用中存在许多问题,难以实现赢利的目标,而新建企业模式、并购重组模式在具体项目运作中则较为成功。因此,煤炭企业在跨区域发展的过程中应以新建企业模式和并购重组模式为主,积极实施本土化战略以降低经营成本,要系统思考跨区域项目,努力实现集群互补效应。
In order to make bigger and stronger enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and realize the sustainable development of enterprises, many large-scale coal enterprises in our country are carrying out cross-regional development in the main coal industry. The main modes of cross-regional development include new business model, M & A Restructuring mode, labor export mode, contract management mode four. Practice shows that there are many problems in the concrete application of the service export mode and the contracted operation mode, and it is difficult to realize the profit target. However, the new enterprise mode and the merger and reorganization mode are more successful in the operation of specific projects. Therefore, the coal enterprises in the process of cross-regional development should be based on the new business model and mergers and acquisitions and reorganization mode, and actively implement the localization strategy to reduce operating costs, to systematically think about cross-regional projects, and strive to achieve cluster complementary effects.
