抚顺石油二厂紧紧围绕“全国站排头、行业创一流”这一目标,以落实安全生产责任制为出发点。以提高全体员工安全素质为目标,以建立HSE管理体系为契机,认真贯彻落实各项安全规章制度,通过细化管理、强化监督,安全管理工作取得显著成效。2001年,实现了全年安全生产无事故,被抚顺市政府、抚顺石化分公司评为安全生产先进单位。
Fushun Petrochemical Plant closely around the “national first row, the industry first-class” this goal, to implement the responsibility system for safety as a starting point. With the goal of improving the safety and quality of all employees and taking the opportunity of establishing the HSE management system, we earnestly implemented various safety rules and regulations and achieved remarkable results through detailed management, enhanced supervision and safety management. In 2001, it achieved annual production safety without accidents and was awarded the advanced unit of safety production by Fushun Municipal Government and Fushun Petrochemical Branch.
