本文系统地分析了光电直读法测定中低合金钢元素含量不确定度的影响因素,对其影响程度进行了评定,并以本实验室Si、Mn、Ni、Cr、Cu等元素检测为例,对其不确定度做了详细分析,结果表明:在用光电直读光谱仪对元素含量分析过程中,标准物质与样品间基体含量的差异对测量结果的准确度影响最大,其次为标准曲线的线性因素影响及样品本身的物理性能及均匀程度的影响。
This paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of the uncertainty of elemental content of low-alloy steel measured by photoelectric direct reading method and evaluates the influence degree of the element in the low-alloy steel. Taking the elements of Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Cu in our laboratory as an example , The uncertainty is analyzed in detail. The results show that in the process of elemental content analysis with direct reading spectrometer, the difference of matrix content between standard substance and sample has the greatest influence on the accuracy of measurement result, followed by the standard curve Linear factors affect the physical properties and uniformity of the sample itself.
