临床资料男9例,女1例。年龄20岁～48岁。发病到入院时间最短为3天,最长为14天。均为低钾型:血钾最低6毫克％),最高14毫克％。(正常值为16毫克至22毫克％。误诊病种有:多发性神经炎5例,风湿症3例,脊髓炎1例,感冒1例。误诊分析一、误诊多发性神经炎5例,主要表现为感觉异常,肌力下降,肱二头肌,肱三头肌反射消失、膝腱反射消失。故误诊。给予维生素B族和氢化考地松治疗。因激素造成低钾,病情恶化。
