China National Stamp Corporation convened a meeting of manager of national stamp companies in Beijing on November 23, 1990 to conduct a special study on the style construction of philatelic business. At the meeting, General Manager Liu Dian-jie made a report on “Establishing a Global Conception, Consolidating Management Style, and Continuing, Steady and Healthy Development of Philatelic Business”. Vice Minister Zhu Gaofeng made an important instruction here. The participants discussed the actual situation in the region and held serious discussions. Representatives from Liaoning, Hubei and Jiangsu provinces made speeches at the conference and introduced them to facilitate stamp collectors, carry out quality service and enhance self-restraint mechanisms.
