事业单位作为国家机构的分支单位,不以盈利为经营的直接目的,而是以为社会提供公共的医疗、卫生、教育、政治、文化等为根本目的。在事业单位的管理经营中,财务管理可以说是一项核心的业务管理,所以必须要加强落实科学的财务管理体系,才能使事业单位在社会高速发展的背景下得到长远发展。目前我国事业单位运营中还存在很多亟需解决的问题,本文旨在分析认识事业单位财务管理中的主要问题并提出具体的解决方法。
As a branch of a state institution, a public institution is not a direct purpose of making profits but a basic objective of providing public health care, health, education, politics and culture to the public. In the management of public institutions, financial management can be regarded as a core business management, so we must strengthen the implementation of a scientific financial management system in order to make institutions in the context of rapid social development in the long run. At present, there are still many problems to be solved urgently in the operation of public institutions in our country. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and understand the main problems in the financial management of public institutions and propose specific solutions.
