目的:研究CT球管使用时限与运行强度关系,提出优化运行并延长其使用时限的方法。资料与设备:经岛津SCT—3000TX全身CT机共检查病人143,664人次,报损7只CT球管,共曝光1,521,983次。各球管日均曝光数,总曝光数及使用时限各异。经过各球管使用及故障情况分析,研究使用时限与运行强度的关系,提出延长其使用时限的方法。结论:科学控制CT球管日均曝光数量,适当降低扫描管电流,优化运行条件并保证电源供电的连续稳定,是延长CT球管使用时限的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between the time limit for the use of CT tubes and the operating intensity, and propose a method for optimizing the operation and extending the time limit for its use. Data and equipment: A total of 143,664 patient-times were detected by the Shimadzu SCT-3000TX whole-body CT machine, and 7 CT-tubes were reported to be damaged, with a total of 1,521,983 exposures. The average daily exposure of each tube, the total number of exposures and the use of different time limits. Through the analysis of the use of the tubes and the failure situation, the relationship between the use time limit and the operating intensity was studied, and a method for extending the time limit of use was proposed. Conclusion: Scientifically controlling the daily exposure of CT tubes, appropriately reducing the current of the tube, optimizing the operating conditions and ensuring the continuous stability of the power supply are effective methods for prolonging the time limit of CT tubes.
