一、目前多数习作班刊存在的问题著名特级教师管建刚在其作文教学专著《我的作文教学动力系统》中将创设班级习作报刊作为最为有效的作文教学手段,虽然目前有不少语文教师也用班刊等方式来激发学生的写作兴趣,但普遍存在以下的问题1.选文对象单一。不少语文老师片面地以为,班刊是展示优秀习作的平台,是汇报习作教学成果的舞台,因此,片面强调作文质量的优异,为入选文章设置高门槛。于是,在班级刊物上,近95%以上均为优秀学生所作,一名优生的多篇优秀作文在一期刊物中多次出现。这固然提升了优秀学生的习作积极性,但却不可避免地挫伤了后进生的习作热情和中等生的习作自信心,也就不可避免地出现优等生将班级刊物作为宝贝加以珍藏,而后进生却将其塞进课桌,不愿带回家的情景。
