一、概述斜管沉淀是国内外近年来发展起来的净水工艺一项新技术。管道沉淀的原理是基于沉淀面积可增大十几倍以上,沉淀距离短,可大幅度缩短沉淀时间;又由于管道湿周大,水力半径小,水流在管中流动雷诺数低,可以彤成稳定的层流状态,创造了有利的沉淀条件。管道倾斜放置构成斜管,使沉淀物易于分离。所以,斜管沉淀在液料分离技术中是颇有前途的。斜管沉淀净水技术的试经研究,推广应用到生产上,为多快好省建设社会主义祖国服务,具有重要的意义。
