安全生产事关人民群众生命财产安全,事关全社会的稳定和经济发展,而加强执法监察是加强安全生产监督管理的重要手段之一,对促进安全生产形势的稳定好转起着至关重要的作用。本文围绕延边安全生产行政执法,在对延边安全生产行政执法的现状进行阐述的基础上,进一步分析延边在安全生产行政执法中所面临的问题,最后提出了推进安全生产行政执法工作的措施。
