该品种原代号LD981,是由山东省农科院玉米研究所选育的玉米一代杂交种。组合为齐319/lx9801母本齐319选自美国玉米杂交种78599父本lx9801为以502/H21为选系基础材料,经连续自交选择而成。于2002年经山东省品种审定委员会审定。
