随着文化产业的蓬勃发展,对文化产业管理的要求也愈来愈高,培养此类人才的重要性也日益凸显,这就需要文化产业管理专业学生不断提高自身能力,尤其是综合文化能力的培养与提高。本文从文化产业管理专业学生就业的方向以及当前社会文化产业管理人才需求情况出发,分析了综合文化能力对文化产业管理专业学生的重要性,并指出当前文化产业管理专业学生综合文化能力培养与提高的不足,最后有针对性的提出了四点建议。
With the vigorous development of cultural industries, the requirements for the management of cultural industries are also getting higher and higher, and the importance of cultivating such talents is also becoming increasingly prominent.
