本文首先阐述学院音乐教育的优势:教学内容专业化、系统化;能借鉴西方教学经验、学习人类经典作品;培养了众多艺术家。其次指出我国现阶段音乐教育方面的不足问题:专业区分过细,许多学生只掌握一门技能;未能面向市场,培养实用性人才;招生规模日益扩大、教学资源相对有限。最后笔者给学院音乐教育提出三点建议:技能与理论的全面提升;学习与实践的有意结合;招生与资源的有机匹配。
This article first expounds the advantages of college music education: the teaching content is professional and systematic; it can learn from western teaching experience and learn from human classic works; and train many artists. Second, we point out the shortcomings of music education in our country at present: the specialty is too divided, many students only have one skill; the market can not be trained and the practical talents are cultivated; the enrollment scale is expanding and the teaching resources are relatively limited. Finally, I make three suggestions to College Music Education: the overall improvement of skills and theory; the deliberate combination of learning and practice; the matching of enrollment and resources.
