一、前言空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铬,灵敏度低,且易受基体干扰,应用表面活性剂使这一测定得到了改善。我们在前人工作的基础上作了阴离子表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠),非离子表面活性剂(聚乙二醇辛基苯醚)和聚氧乙烯醚对铬的原子吸收法测定效果试验,发现这三种表面活性剂均有增感作用,使铬的灵敏度有所提高,同时又可消除十多种常见金属离子所引起的正负干扰。
I. Introduction Air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of chromium has low sensitivity and is susceptible to substrate interference. The use of surfactants has improved this assay. Based on the previous work, we made the determination of chromium by atomic absorption spectrometry with anionic surfactant (sodium lauryl sulfate), nonionic surfactant (polyoxyethylene octylphenyl ether) and polyoxyethylene ether The results show that these three surfactants have sensitization effect, which increases the sensitivity of chromium and at the same time eliminates the positive and negative interference caused by more than ten kinds of common metal ions.
