通过对新桥镇各个支柱产业现状的调研和分析,发现新桥镇民营企业发展存在经营者思想观念落后、产业结构失衡、规模偏小、技术水平落后、品牌意识淡薄、环保意识不强等问题。因此,总结企业的转型升级模式,指明民营企业未来发展方向并提出相应的对策,加快民营企业转型升级,已是新桥镇民营经济发展的迫切需要。
Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the various pillar industries in Xinqiao Town, it is found that the development of the private enterprises in Xinqiao Town lags behind those of the operators such as backward ideas, unbalanced industrial structure, small scale, backward technology, weak brand awareness and weak environmental awareness . Therefore, it is an urgent need for the development of private economy in Xinqiao Town to summarize the mode of enterprise’s transformation and upgrading, indicate the future direction of private enterprises and put forward corresponding countermeasures, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises.
