目的:深入研究健康教育在新生儿黄疸护理中的临床应用效果。方法:选取于2013年2月-2015年4月期间在我院接受治疗的新生儿黄疸患儿63例,将患儿随机分为对照组30例患儿、观察组33例患儿,对常规护理和健康教育的效果进行对照研究。结果:观察组患儿家属的知识掌握程度、满意度、遵医嘱评分均显著高于对照组,t=8.76,8.55,8.10;同时观察组患儿的黄疸持续时间、黄疸消退时间均显著短于对照组,t=7.54,8.94,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育在新生儿黄疸护理中具有显著的临床应用效果,能够提高新生儿家属黄疸知识掌握程度,对促进患儿黄疸消退具有显著作用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of health education in the neonatal jaundice nursing. Methods: Sixty-three neonates with jaundice who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (33 cases) Nursing and health education effect of controlled study. Results: The level of knowledge, degree of satisfaction and doctor’s order in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t = 8.76, 8.55, 8.10). The duration of jaundice and jaundice in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group The control group, t = 7.54, 8.94, the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Health education in neonatal jaundice has significant clinical effects, can improve the degree of knowledge of neonatal jaundice, and has a significant role in promoting the regression of jaundice in children.
