采用分光光度法检测了新生儿头发中铜的含量 ,提出了测定的最佳条件 ,并与原子吸收分光光度法的测定结果进行比较 ,得到了满意的结果。为开展微量元素与新生儿健康的研究提供了准确且简便的方法。
The content of copper in the newborn hair was detected by spectrophotometry. The optimal conditions for the determination of copper in the hair were proposed. The results were compared with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the satisfactory results were obtained. It provides an accurate and easy way to carry out the research of trace element and newborn’s health.
