基层工会是离职工最近、与职工关系最直接的工会组织,是完成工会工作“最后一公里”传递的主体。调研发现,浙江嘉兴市南湖区工会在激发基层工会活力方面所做的工作可圈可点。一、南湖区工会基本情况南湖区总工会成立于2007年9月,是浙江省最年轻的县级总工会。全区已建立基层工会组织1001家,覆盖各类企事业单位8025家,工会会员超过20万人,5个镇、6个街道均成立了总工会,并成立了4个系统工会。几年来,
Trade unions at the grassroots level are the most recent trade unions with their employees and the most direct relationship with their employees. They are the main bodies that deliver the “last mile” of trade union work. The survey found that the labor union in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, has made remarkable achievements in stimulating the vitality of grass-roots trade unions. First, the basic situation of Nanhu District Trade Union Nanhu District Federation of Trade Unions was established in September 2007, is the youngest county in Zhejiang Province Federation of Trade Unions. There are 1001 primary trade union organizations in the region, covering 8,025 enterprises and institutions of all kinds, more than 200,000 trade unionists, 5 trade unions and 6 sub-districts, and set up 4 system unions. In recent years,
