目的 探讨后牵引矫形力的方向与鼻上颌复合体内部位移和应力的关系。方法 采用三维有限元法测量受不同方向的后牵引力的鼻上颌复合体三维有限元模型。结果 牵引角度为 +30°、0°、- 30°时 ,上颌骨呈顺时针旋转 ,旋转的量逐渐增大。结论 应力是组织学改建的始动因素 ,本研究的结果也为组织学提供了理论依据。
Objective To explore the relationship between the direction of post-traction orthopedic force and internal displacement and stress of nasal maxillary complex. Methods The three-dimensional finite element method was used to measure the three-dimensional finite element model of the nasal maxillary complex subjected to different tractive forces. Results When the traction angles were + 30 °, 0 ° and -30 °, the maxilla rotated clockwise and the amount of rotation increased gradually. Conclusion Stress is the initiating factor of histological reconstruction. The results of this study also provide a theoretical basis for histology.
