自然状态下,测定锦橙叶片光合特性的结果表明:(1)春叶在生长期中,叶片光合速率(Pn)和光合产物输出量(Pt)的变化呈三峰形,秋叶光合变化呈双峰形。高光合期出现前,光合能力与Chl含量呈极显著正相关。(2)叶片光合能力日变化,在强日照(740×10~3Lx)的天和较低日照的阴天均有“午休”现象,但天比阴天中午降低幅度大,持续时间长。(3)在强光照的天,树冠外层叶片光合效率低于冠内,而在较低光照的阴天则与之相反。
The results showed that: (1) During the growth period of spring leaves, the changes of photosynthetic rate (Pn) and photosynthate output (Pt) were three peaks, and the photosynthetic changes of autumn leaves were double Peak shape. Before the high photosynthesis appeared, photosynthetic capacity and Chl content was extremely significant positive correlation. (2) The diurnal changes of photosynthetic capacity of leaves showed “midday break” in the days of strong sunlight (740 × 10 ~ 3Lx) and the cloudy days of lower sunlight. However, the days of darkness decreased greatly and lasted for a long time. (3) In the days of bright light, the photosynthetic efficiency of the canopy outer leaves is lower than that of the crown, while in the lower light the cloudy days are the opposite.
