目前,在我国预应力混凝土空心板的露天生产中,生产工艺主要分为三种:(1)支模工艺。此种工艺特点是灵活、简单,但体力劳动特别繁重,整个生产过程全部靠人工来完成,若用木模生产又浪费大量的木材,且构件尺寸很难保证。此种工艺目前在我国的小型预制厂还有应用。(2)挤压机生产工艺。此种工艺机械化程度较高,比较适合产量大,规格单一的大、中型预制厂。它的缺点是机械造价较高,必须具有一种特殊的台座,一种机器只能生产一种宽度的板材。
At present, in the open-air production of prestressed concrete hollow slabs in China, the production process is mainly divided into three types: (1) Formwork technology. The characteristics of this process are flexible and simple, but physical labor is particularly arduous. The entire production process is entirely performed by hand. If wood molds are used to produce large amounts of wood, the size of the components is difficult to guarantee. Such a process is currently applied in small precast plants in China. (2) The extrusion process. This kind of process has a high degree of mechanization and is suitable for large and medium-sized precast plants with large output and single specifications. Its disadvantage is that it has a high cost of machinery and must have a special pedestal. A machine can produce only one width of sheet.
