基于赫兹理论以及有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对新型智能燃气表电机阀中使用的超越离合器进行静力学分析,并根据分析结果对滚柱母线进行鼓形修整。改进结果表明,鼓形量在0.010 mm时,滚柱表面所受到的最大应力从10.3 MPa降低至7.8 MPa,应力减少了24%,提高了超越离合器的使用寿命。此外,改进设计对改善超越离合器和智能燃气表的可靠性及稳定性具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the Hertz theory and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, the statics analysis of the overrunning clutch used in the new smart gas meter motor valve was carried out, and drum roller was trimmed according to the analysis results. The results show that the maximum stress on the roller surface is reduced from 10.3 MPa to 7.8 MPa when the drum size is 0.010 mm, and the stress is reduced by 24%, which improves the service life of the overrunning clutch. In addition, the improved design is of guiding significance for improving the reliability and stability of the overrunning clutch and smart gas meter.
