深圳最早开展企业文化建设可以追溯到1981年。那时,深圳刚刚创办经济特区,处于深圳湾畔的深港合资企业光明华侨电子公司,就提出了“爱国爱厂,团结协作,遵纪守法,好学上进”的十六字厂风。1986年以来,又有一批特区企业自觉地认真地培育企业精神。比如,深圳华强电子工业公司于1986年初发起了关于“华强精神”的提案活动,确定了以“团结、求实、高效、创新”作为华强精神。1987年3月,深圳市总工会在企业中发起了“写厂(店)歌、唱厂(店)歌的全市性竞赛活动”,参加竞赛的有各行业300多个企业单位、3,200多名干部职工,不少企业创作的歌词鲜明地体现了本企业的精神、特区的特色和时代的风貌,对广大干部职工具有强烈的感染力。南海石油深圳开发服务总公司创作的
The earliest enterprise culture construction in Shenzhen dates back to 1981.
