本文详细介绍了溶胶-凝胶法制备非晶态药芯焊丝药芯的原理和工艺用Ti(OC4H9)4和Si(OC2H5)4为原料制备出了非晶态药芯,对非晶态药芯进行了X射线衍射分析、差热和热重分析结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法制备的非晶态药芯化学成分均匀、含氢量低、吸潮性小,能够满足焊接自动化生产对药芯焊丝药芯的要求,具有广阔的开发与应用前景
In this paper, the principle and process of preparation of amorphous flux cored wire by sol-gel method are introduced in detail. The amorphous core is prepared by using Ti (OC4H9) 4 and Si (OC2H5) 4 as raw materials, The results of differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis show that the amorphous core prepared by sol-gel method has the advantages of uniform chemical composition, low hydrogen content and small hygroscopicity, which can meet the requirements of automated welding production Cored wire core requirements, with broad prospects for the development and application
