本文叙述了在加热炉上运用微机实行节能控制。首先用实验方法得出提高加热炉效率的途径在于增加炉膛温度和降低过剩空气系数,这个过程不是无限制的,有一个最佳值,烟气氧含量表示的是最佳氧含量。测出了最佳氧含量随热负荷和燃料性质变化的关系曲线,以此为根据采用多变量约束控制的方法,取得了一定的效果。最后针对加热炉对象的特性,设计了方便灵活的单板机实时控制系统,可以根据不同的工况选用不同的控制方案构成合适的控制系统。
This article describes the implementation of energy-saving control on a heating furnace using a microcomputer. First of all, the experimental method to improve the efficiency of the furnace by increasing the furnace temperature and reduce excess air factor, the process is not unlimited, there is an optimal value, the oxygen content of flue gas is the best oxygen content. The relationship between the optimum oxygen content and heat load and the change of fuel properties was measured. Based on this, a multivariable constrained control method was used and some results were obtained. Finally, according to the characteristics of the heating furnace object, a convenient and flexible single-board real-time control system is designed, and different control schemes can be selected according to different working conditions to form an appropriate control system.
