目的 探讨急性前壁心肌梗死Q波、R波及ST段演变规律。方法 采用单极胸导联心电图在胸部进行体表标测,分别计算∑R、∑Q、∑ST。结果 ∑R在胸痛发作后12 h内下降速度最快,12 h后下降速度较慢,两者比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);∑Q在24 h内与24 h后形成对比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);∑ST在24 h内下降速度比24 h后下降速度显著增快,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 观察心肌梗死急性期心电图∑R、∑Q、∑ST演变规律,以便采取急救措施,及时挽救濒死心肌。“,”Objective To investigate the developmental regularity of Q wave,R wave and ST segment of acute anterior myocardial infarction.Methods The assignment test of body surface was made in the chest with monopolar chest lead electrocardiogram,and ∑Q,∑R and ∑ST were calculated respectively.Results The ∑R descending speed in 12 hours after a chest pain attack was the fastest,and after 12 hours it was slower,there was a significant difference (P<0.01) between them.∑Q had a significant difference(P<0.01) between in and after 24 hours.The ∑ST descending speed in 24 hours was much faster than that after 24 hours (P<0.05).Conclusion In acute stage of myocardial farction, the first aid treatment could be carried out and the agonal cardiac muscle could be saved in time by observing electrocardiographic ∑Q,∑R and ∑ST developmental regularity.
