自我领导最初是指个体通过使用恰当的自我影响策略取得行为绩效的过程。随后学者们发现集体也具有自我领导的行为,并随着自我领导解决问题层次的加深,产生出更高标准层面的自我领导。集体层面的自我领导与更高标准层面的自我领导统称为更高层次自我领导。文章对于自我领导从一般到更高的发展过程进行了跨度30年的追溯,通过梳理现有研究成果,如自我领导的起源、测量与策略,探讨了自我领导理论的发展轨迹与方向。此外,文章改善了自我领导的理论框架并提出了未来值得深入研究的方向。
Self-leadership initially refers to the individual’s process of achieving behavioral performance through the use of appropriate self-impact strategies. Later, scholars found that collectives also have self-directed behavior and lead to a higher standard of self-leadership as the self-leadership solves the problem level deepening. Self-leadership at the collective level and self-leadership at a higher standard are collectively referred to as higher-level self-leadership. The essay traced the span of self-leadership from general to higher development for 30 years. By reviewing the existing research results, such as the origin, measurement and strategy of self-leadership, the article explores the development path and direction of self-leadership theory. In addition, the article has improved the theoretical framework of self-leadership and put forward the direction that should be further studied in the future.
