The development of shipping in the Yangtze River is the need of participating in market competition, realizing industrial integration and integrating into the world economy. This paper addresses the status quo and problems faced by the shipping logistics in the Yangtze River, and then elaborates the scientific countermeasures for the development of the Yangtze River shipping modern logistics from ten aspects.
