12月15日零时20分左右,河南省长垣县皇冠KTV发生火灾,死亡11人。冬季,相关人员密集场所火灾多发,应予以重视。11月26日,安徽省合肥市风马会娱乐会所发生火灾,致一人死亡。这家名叫“风马会”的娱乐会所位于安徽省合肥市汇丰大厦一楼,大厦其他楼层还分布着KTV、酒店和写字楼。11月26日22时许,大厦内灯火通明,210余名娱乐、住宿的顾客以及上班族还在忙着各自的事务,此时,一楼会所发生火灾,他们身陷险境。
