以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和NaOH为原料,用水热法制备纳米氧化锌.用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行了表征.研究了反应时间、反应温度、NaOH浓度和添加离子液体对氧化锌形貌的影响.结果表明:此实验条件下制备的氧化锌呈棒状结构;NaOH浓度能显著影响氧化锌的形貌;反应时间、反应温度和添加离子液体对氧化锌的形貌有一定影响.
Zn (NO3) 2 · 6H2O and NaOH were used as raw materials to prepare nanometer zinc oxide by hydrothermal method.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) .The reaction time, reaction temperature , NaOH concentration and ionic liquid on the morphology of zinc oxide.The results show that the zinc oxide prepared under the experimental conditions has a rod-like structure; NaOH concentration can significantly affect the morphology of zinc oxide; reaction time, reaction temperature and the addition of ionic liquid The morphology of zinc oxide has a certain impact.
