现如今许多的餐厅都有着指向性的定位,比如田园式、蓝调式等等,但是过度的标志及符号往往使得其氛围略显单一。在年轻的时候就立志要做餐厅老板的Alfred Bernardin是一个敢于突破的业主,同时也是设计师,在美国曼哈顿的Frederick的餐饮店开始就开始摸索自己发展的方向,自从他在2010年开设于巴黎乔治五世大街的Renoma Cafe Gallery被广受好评之后,他的想法慢慢也开始被认可,而且成为了一种时尚。而在2012年11月开张的Belmont餐厅中AlfredBemardin的构想更是一次完美表现。
