国际劳工组织(ILO)第94届大会暨第十届海事大会于2006年2月7日至23日在日内瓦联合国(欧洲)总部举行,106个国家政府、船东组织、船员组织及国际政府间组织和国际非政府组织共约1135名代表出席了大会。大会对《国际海事劳工公约》进行了审议,最终以314票赞成、O 票反对、4票弃权通过了《2006年海事劳工公约(MLC2006)》。
The 94th Session of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the 10th Maritime Conference were held at the United Nations (European) headquarters in Geneva from February 7 to February 23, 2006 with 106 governments, shipowners’ organizations, crew organizations and international governmental agencies A total of about 1135 representatives from organizations and international non-governmental organizations attended the meeting. The General Assembly reviewed the International Maritime Labor Convention, and finally adopted the 2006 Maritime Labor Convention (MLC 2006) with 314 votes in favor, 0 against and 4 abstentions.
