这个“管理工作条例”是1962年11月16日由水利电力部印发给各省(市)自治区永利(电力)厅(局)及各有关单位参照执行的。同时印发的,还有“关于水文总站、分站和测站的人員編制意見”和“水文站主要仪器設备配备意見”两个附件。本刊为了配合目前正在进行的水文测站整顿工作,特将“工作条例(草案)”主件发表,以供广大水文干部和工人同志具体执行和学习。
This Regulations on Management Work was promulgated by the Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power on November 16, 1962 to the Wynn (Power) Office of the provinces (municipalities) and autonomous regions as well as relevant departments for reference. At the same time, there are two annexes, “Opinions on Staffing of Hydrological Terminals, Sub-stations and Stations” and “Opinions on Equipping Major Equipment of Hydrological Station”. In order to tie in with the hydrological station rectification work currently underway, we will publish the main part of the Work Regulations (Draft) for the specific implementation and study of the vast number of hydrological cadres and workers.
