江西省安义县在冬修水利活动中,由于依靠羣众、自筹器材和采取以土代洋、土洋結合、合理使用材料的措施,解决了当前器材不足的困难,大大促进了全县冬修工作的进度。到去年十二月上旬止,已开工、竣工的工程有八十六項,完成土石方十四万六千立方米,分别占計划兴修工程一百一十三項的76.1％,和計划兴修土石方三十六万立方米的40.55％。进度較快的乔乐公社,計划完成土方四万立方米,現已完成80％以上。安义县虽然沒有灌溉万亩以上的新建工程,但自1958年以来兴建的能灌溉万亩以上的五座水庫,現在还未能配套,原有的一千
