国学大师钱穆说过,“一切问题,由文化问题产生;一切问题,由文化问题解决”。这句话很好阐释了为什么近年来许多学校开始重视自身文化建设。但当文化建设从硬件走向软件,从眼花缭乱的外表走向无形的内核时,学校文化建设就更需透过热气腾腾的表象,走向“深度建构”。要想深度建构学校文化,我认为三点认识至关重要,即明确学生发展的目标;突出课程文化的主体;抓住文化自觉的关键。
Qian Mu, the master of Chinese studies, said: “All the problems are caused by the cultural problems. All the problems are solved by the cultural problems.” This remark illustrates why many schools have begun to value their own cultural construction in recent years. However, as the cultural construction moves from hardware to software and from a dazzling appearance to an invisible core, the building of a school culture needs to go through a steamy appearance toward “deep construction.” In order to construct the school culture in depth, I think it is very important to recognize three points, that is, to define the goal of student development, to highlight the main body of the curriculum culture, and to grasp the key to cultural awareness.
