随着社会发展对人的各方面素质的需求,人的合作、交流能力已经显得越来越重要,一个人,在学习方面如果不善于与人交流,那么学习效率将大大降低,如果走上社会,,即使再优秀,如果缺乏与人交流、沟通、合作能力,那么也将一事无成,因此,合作交流能力对于一个人的学习、工作、生活都至关重要。笔者从事小学数学教学工作多年,切身感受和体会到,合作交流能力对学生的数学学习影响很大,所以,在教学我特别注重学生合作交流能力的培养。
