法律意识是人们关于法律和法律现象的思想、观点、知识和心理的总称。文章从高职大学生法律意识的基本内涵出发,阐明高职大学生法律意识的现状及培养方法。结合《思想政治理论课》的教学改革,分析、探讨新时期培养和提高高职大学生法律意识的方法。
Legal awareness is the general term for people’s thinking, opinions, knowledge and psychology about legal and legal phenomena. The article starts from the basic connotation of law consciousness of higher vocational college students and clarifies the status quo and cultivation methods of law consciousness of higher vocational college students. Combining with the teaching reform of “Ideological and Political Theory Course”, this paper analyzes and probes into ways to cultivate and improve the legal awareness of higher vocational college students in the new period.
