共产党员的先锋模范作用是党的先进性的具体体现,近年来,学生党员队伍日益壮大,如何培养出一批能切实起到先锋模范作用、能正确引导广大在校大学生成长成才的大学生党员群体对高校人才培养具有重要意义。高校应以党员意识为切入点,建立学生党员系统教育机制、科学管理机制、榜样示范机制和实践锻炼机制,切实强化学生党员先锋模范作用。
In recent years, the ranks of student party members have been growing. How to cultivate a group of college student party members who can effectively play the vanguard and exemplary role and can guide the general university students to grow up? It is of great significance to college personnel training. Colleges and universities should take the party members’ awareness as the starting point, establish system of student party members system education, scientific management mechanism, exemplary demonstration mechanism and practical exercise mechanism, and earnestly strengthen the model role of student party members vanguard.
