1.《北大法律评论》创刊于1 998年,是由北京大学法学院学生独立组织和编辑的法学学术刊物。《评论》坚持学术自主、自尊和自律的原则,秉承兼容并蓄、思想自由的北大传统人文精神。现为中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)来源集刊。2.《北大法律评论》对来稿不做字数上的限制,不考虑稿件作者的身份和以往学术经历,只有学术水准和学术规范的要求。关于引证规范,请具体参见所附之引证体例。《评论》提倡文章独立署名,对于多人合署的来稿,除非有令人信服的证据表明确系实质性
1. Peking University Law Review was first published in 1998 and is a juridical journals published independently by students of Peking University Law School. The “Comment” upholds the principle of academic autonomy, self-esteem and self-discipline, adhering to the traditional humane spirit of Peking University that is inclusive and free from thought. Now the Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI) Source Journals. 2. Peking University Law Review does not impose any restriction on the number of manuscripts. It does not consider the identity of manuscript authors and academic experience in the past. Only academic standards and academic norms are required.
