有关省、自治区建设厅,直辖市建委: 我国西气东输工程是党中央和国务院实施西部大开发战略的重要举措。在西气东输沿线,有几十个城市将要建设城市利用天然气系统工程。这对于调整城市能源结构、改善城市环境、提高城市人民生活质量、促进城市经济持续快速健康发展,有着十分重要的意义。沿线城市创造条件,切实做好利用天然气工作,对于实现西气东输的总体目标至关重要。为此,现就有关事项通知如下:
