从今年五月省档案工作会議貫徹执行今年全国档案工作会議的方針以来,到現在約八十天,从沁陽战地会議点起档案工作躍进第一把火到現在,不过一百二十天,在这短短的时間內,我省档案工作上出現了全面躍进的局面,并且取得了显著的成績。主要表現在:發动羣众突击整理了零散积存文件五千二百一十六万件,立卷一百一十四万个,全省整理零散积存文件的任务基本上就要完成了,不少專、县的乡、社文書档案也进行了整理立卷,县級以上国家机关推行了現行文書立卷制度,
