As of the end of February 2016, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company upgraded all two types of nitrile rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber rubbers to environmentally-friendly products, achieving the goal of environmental protection for industrialized production of equipment. In the first two months of this year, a total of 25,514 tons of butyl nitrile and styrene-butadiene rubber were produced, which were all sold out and were well received by the market and users. Lanzhou Petrochemical’s environment-friendly nitrile and styrene-butadiene rubber are mainly sold to domestic manufacturers of environmentally-friendly rubber products. In order to expand the share of China Petroleum’s environmental protection nitrile and green styrene butadiene rubber in foreign well-known rubber processing enterprises, Lanzhou Petrochemical has adjusted its production base on environmental protection rubber products and adjusted it according to user needs.
