采用瑞典产 LKB-2 2 77生物活性检测系统 (热导式微量热计 )、用停流法研究了 3种硒代吗啉衍生物对大肠杆菌作用的热功率输出曲线 ,得到了大肠杆菌在不同药物浓度下的生长速率常数 k、半抑制浓度 IC50等参数 .结果表明 ,N -十二烷基硒代吗啉和 N -十二烷基硒代吗啉基乙酸甲酯溴化物的抗菌效果较明显 .
The LKB-2 2 77 bioassay system (thermal conductivity calorimeter) was used in Sweden to study the thermal power output curve of three selenomorpholine derivatives on Escherichia coli by the stop-flow method. The growth rate constant k and the half inhibitory concentration (IC50) under different drug concentration.The results showed that the antibacterial effect of N - dodecylselenoporphyrin and N - dodecylsemorphomorphylacetate methyl bromide More obvious.
