目的:研究氟氧头孢注射剂在健康人体内的药代动力学。方法:8名健康志愿者单剂量静脉滴注氟氧头孢1g ,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定血浆和尿中药物浓度。结果:滴注完成即刻浓度(Cmax)为(56.15±13.16)μg/ml,末端相消除半衰期(t1/2β)为(1.29±0.32)h,分布容积(Vc)为(13.11±2.06)L,清除率(Cls)为(16.02±1.88)L/h,AUC为(64.86±4.93)μg·h/ml。结论:氟氧头孢体内过程符合二室开放模型,主要以原形经肾脏排出体外,8h累积尿排百分率为(79.39±4.01)%。
Objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of fluorooxy cephalosporin injection in healthy volunteers. Methods: Eight healthy volunteers were given a single intravenous infusion of 1 g fluorooxygenthosporide and the plasma and urinary drug concentrations were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The Cmax was (56.15 ± 13.16) μg / ml and the terminal elimination half-life (t1 / 2β) was (1.29 ± 0.32) h. The volume of distribution (Vc) (13.11 ± 2.06) L, the clearance rate (Cls) was (16.02 ± 1.88) L / h and the AUC was (64.86 ± 4.93) μg · h / ml. CONCLUSION: The process of Fluorooxycytos in vivo is in accordance with the two-compartment open model, which is mainly excreted in the shape of kidney by the kidney. The cumulative urinary excretion rate at 8h is (79.39 ± 4.01)%.
