将感染6~8周的纯种小鼠(CBA/Ca)处死取肝,采用Wellhausen等(1981)的方法得到肉芽肿细胞悬液,取一部份置塑料管中进行孵育,大多数巨噬细胞(m(?))粘附于管壁而嗜酸粒细胞则大多留在悬液中。用物理方法将m(?)移入另一试管中,分别制成m(?)及嗜酸粒细胞悬液;正常及免疫脾细胞分别取自未感染和感染血吸虫的小鼠。正常鼠血清(NMS)和免疫鼠血清(IMS)分别获自未感染及感染16~20周的小鼠;从首次感染的Sprague-Dawley大鼠收集的新鲜血清(fNRS)用作补体。非特异m(?)通过腹腔注射
