冶金管理现代化学会于l989年4月23日至28日在重庆特殊钢厂召开了“生产经营优化第二次学术会”。55个单位、80名代表参加了会议。与第一次生产经营学术会相比,有了较大幅度的增长。 在这次学术交流会中,生产经营学术委员会主任、武汉钢铁学院秦裕瑷教授、攀钢经研所周兴雨所长,重庆特殊钢厂计划处王徽根副处长等五位同志在大会上发了言。他们分别介绍了国内外优化工作的理论和方法以及发展趋势,介绍了本单位的经验和所取得的成果。
Metallurgical Society of Modern Management in April 23 to April 28, 1998 held in Chongqing Special Steel “Production and Management Optimization of the second academic.” 55 units, 80 representatives attended the meeting. Compared with the first academic conference of production and operation, there has been a substantial increase. During the academic exchange meeting, five comrades, director of the Academic Committee of Production and Operation, Professor Qin Yuzhang of Wuhan Iron and Steel Institute, Director Zhou Xingyu of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Research Institute, and Deputy Director Wang Huigen of Planning Department of Chongqing Special Steel Factory made speeches at the meeting. They respectively introduced the theory and method of optimization work at home and abroad as well as the development trend, introduced the experience of the unit and the achievements made.
