采用复合溶胶-凝胶改性技术制备空间网络Al2O3/YSZ-Al2O3复合涂层,该涂层由具有空间网络结构的Al2O3包覆颗粒状YSZ和Al2O3组成。为了深入分析涂层的抗高温氧化性能,本文提出一种基于计算复合材料电阻值的类比模型,计算在本研究中所定义的材料扩散阻值,以实现对该涂层中氧扩散行为的定量分析。结果显示,采用基于涂层简化模型的该分析方法能够合理解释复合涂层在高温循环氧化过程所观测到的实验现象。
The spatial network Al 2 O 3 / YSZ-Al 2 O 3 composite coating was prepared by the composite sol-gel modification technique. The coating consisted of Al 2 O 3 -coated granular YSZ and Al 2 O 3 with a spatial network structure. In order to further analyze the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the coating, an analogy model based on the calculation of the composite resistance was proposed to calculate the diffusion resistance of the material as defined in this study, in order to achieve the quantification of oxygen diffusion in the coating analysis. The results show that the analysis based on the simplified model of coating can reasonably explain the experimental phenomena observed in the cyclic oxidation of composite coating at high temperature.
