对于不能手术或远处转移的肝细胞癌(HCC)病人,分子靶向治疗可作为一种有效的治疗方法,其机制和临床应用的研究正在世界各地开展。索拉非尼治疗HCC的Ⅲ期临床试验证明对晚期肝癌有效。因此在欧洲、美国、中国以及其他一些国家和地区,先后批准索拉非尼用于治疗无法手术切除的或远处转移的HCC。目前正在进一步探索索拉非尼与其他抗肿瘤治疗的综合应用,基因靶向治疗的探索正处于实验研究阶段并已取得显著进展,有望成为肝癌靶向治疗新的途径。
Molecular targeted therapy can be an effective treatment for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who can not be surgically or distantly metastasized, and the research on its mechanism and clinical application is being carried out all over the world. Phase III clinical trials of sorafenib in the treatment of HCC have demonstrated efficacy in advanced liver cancer. Therefore, in Europe, the United States, China and other countries and regions, has approved sorafenib for the treatment of unresectable or distant metastasis of HCC. At present, the comprehensive application of sorafenib and other antitumor treatments is being further explored. The exploration of gene-targeted therapy is in the experimental phase and has made remarkable progress. It is expected to be a new way of targeted therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.
